I was looking fora dish tv which offers more sports channels, finally I ended with Videocon. Initially all looked well, afterwards it showed its true colors. If you call the Call center, they will irritate you, and will discount the call and pretend that they did not do it.
I did lodge a complaint on their official website too, but they are not interested in looking into it. It took 7 days for them to fix the problem. Even now the problem is I can’t watch few channels. I am waiting for the due date. I am sure Videocon D2H will soon close the company.
I will withdraw it and will go for Airtel which seems to be good
