Thanks for your comment! I do have a LCD, the compaint is not on picture quality, the technical issues which are not solved efficiently and effectively.

Absolutely true, i had the same experience, the worst is the call center people. I made a mistake chosing D2H. The only positive thing is they offer all sports channel
