They dont offer whats written in the deals

I brought a salon package from dealsandyou.com.

My order no.136661 .My case no. 30930

When I called the vendor to book an appointment, he simply refused to offer me what was written in the deal.He said it was a misprint and he would offer me only half the services which were wriiten on the website.

I called dealsandyou.com to complain and they told me the matter would be solved in 24-48hrs.I complained on the 7th of June and its 25th of June now, but dealsandyou has not done anyting about it asyet .

ITS BEEN 20DAYS NOW .But I think for dealsandyou.com their 24-48 hrs arent over.

My money hasnt been refunded as yet and the only wasy I see now isto go to the consumer forrum.
