terrible customer service...and seems as if its just no big deal for them to have cockroaches roaming about the place.....Zero customer service and poor hygine.....
saw cockroaches in the pastry section...told the attendents and they did not pay any attention to it.....BAD HYGINE.....

i totaly agree i too have been cheated by fashion and you and plus they have nobody to take care of the blunder they made,keep calling their call centre you either get somebody at the reception who says that there is noone at the customer service desk or the phone is forever buzy or one is on the iv read more...

Even wrote to their customer support 2-3 times but no reply from them aswell highly disgusting and unprofessional company
Its not only unprofessional in B2B relationship but even Customer relationship...most unprofessional.Had ordered a versace lipgloss in 1 order and a perfume and facescrub i8n 2nd order,they sent me two lipglosses instead,by the time i opened both the boxes the courior guy had gone i had to pay for t read more...
