Rude and ironic Response from Customer Care People

I had placed an order(100012046) on 23.02.14 and till date there is no update, and spoke to customer executive(on 9699686655, now switched OFF) on 25.02.14, he said it will be updated in 24 hrs, its been more than 48hrs still no update and why is this customer no. displayed on website. Please REMOVE (18003001177) it only rings and nobody receives the call. Very Very annoying. This represents "Unfair trade practice" of consumer protection act. There is also no option to cancel the order. It also shows "Unfair


trade practice", **as customers’ money gets trapped** and then no one from customer care dept. cares about customers. what an excuse, "server down, unable to check the status, we will ship in two days, you will receive your product in 2 days and so on."


Tried calling some 25-30 times at stretch to 180030001177 and still no one picks the call, and by luck, if anyone does pick it, then their response will be very ironic and embarrassing, customer care executives (Ms Nagma and Ms Akshata) are so rude with customers and with very ironic response. Somebody should have well trained them in this manner. Very very embarrassing and annoying. Such a bad experience from this site, but no receipt of product though. Please people dont go for this site by its low price list. share this to friends and family.
