Fully agree with you. very very rightly said. I have heard that concerned banks will offer reversal of credit and go through verification of such fraudulent. I wrote to bank with all communications attached. looking forward for their response on the issue. Thanks for your post

If these people are trying fraud, then they should end up behind bars (including customer care representatives). Concerned authorities should take appropriate steps to take action on them and close the site so that no people or their money gets trapped.

Thanks for your review Mr. Shivaramakrishna KV, I have faced the same problem and customer care never picks the call and even if they do, the way they speak oops! very carelessly, even I got the similar email reply from one of their executives (name david, doubt if even exits in their company).
