Refund Credited in Account Thanks EBS & HDFC

Have ordered a HP Pavilon Laptop on 21-2-2014  through HDFC Netbanking and yet to be get any update about it till date(22-3-2014). After contacting them they will send the same template to all customers like due to on going low price received overwhelming response, back log and other stories.


They will ask to wait for a week. So far around 10-15 times have mailed them. Every time they will ask to be patient and will reply like’give us a week time.’


Few days ago they posted some dispatched order ids in their Facebook page, and when someone in the Facebook suspected the shipment & order id, they removed both their Facebook & twitter page.


Have never seen a horrible website like this. They intend to be fraud. All false commitments.


They seem to hold consumers money and when asked to process refund. They will reply like cancellation & refund process will take 7-10 days so please patient. Have asked them to cancel & process refund more that 5 times. No reply from them. Till now they have not replied the status of refund process.


No surprise, if they they reply like’due to back logs the refund is also delayed’. Now have approached EBS gateway and filed a charge back in HDFC bank.


Guys kindly refrain from ordering in this site.
