Finally have received a mail from ebs that my money will get refunded in 5-7 days as the merchant had refunded via EBS . Thanks for your valuable information, support.
Hi Kay, Yes EBS have taken my complaint and then merchant has refunded the money back to EBS. Now ebs have updated me that amount will be reflected in 5-7 days.. waiting this week.
