This product had heating problem. Within few minutes of working the keypad get over heated. I had this problem from day 1. I had taken basic hardware warranty which is also costly. with the charger connected it gets heated much more. cant work at all.
They gave some solution which didnt seem to work. I had bought atleast 4 laptops from dell over the past 10+ years. Never faced this issue.
even with so much spending. Am not happy at all. The quality of service degraded.
I had bought this for my son so was not able to check continuously. he is using external keyboard.
I paid more than 79000 for this product. Be careful while buying dell laptop.
