I agree. The customer care is very bad. It is really hard to reach them. for the past 2 weeks i have been trying to contact them for change of plan. I had sent email, whatsapp also - no response till now. I have been trying to reach them on phone. Till now not able to reach them.

Even I am facing similar problem with tikona. I am using leased line. I have sent a email to all the people in the escalation matrix. Let's see how they are responding.
