I had heard a lot about Dell and its services so I ordered a desktop on line and send a DD to one of the representatives Mr Raj Khan at Bangalore office who had called up my mobile quite a few times once I had saved a quotation on their website.
But the tragedy once I had send the DD and he had received the same he stopped picking up my calls... His cell went unanswered .... the whole day.. when I called up the dell Bangalore office about 10 times within half an hour still no one at their office was able to get me through this MR RAJ KHAN or his boss or HEAD sales INDIA at Bangalore ..... I was very angry... and regreting ... having send the DD now ...
I feel that I am at their mercy... NEVER EVER BUY A DELL PRODUCT ONLINE..... in INDIA... such a WORST experience... the operator was neither able give me the number of this guy’s boss nor was he able to put me through to someone and once the operator put me through to someone he said he does not belong to the department....?? For a customer he does not even know that he is a DELL representative and the customer does not have to do anything with what department he is working for at Dell......
