Extremely customer oriented. Far AHEAD of AMAZON.IN in terms of delivery, excellent delivery or logistic partner, whereas amazon's delivery partner FEDEX calls and asks for pickup and if you deny they send it back saying customer refused and AMAZON has NO control and surprisingly no action is taken read more...

My experience of micro max is not that good... They are not customer friendly and their retailers are also cheats.. One of my colleague bought a new mobile which blacked out within 5 days when approached to the retailer did not replace instead, sent it for repair...?

The user should have described his experience in detail which would have been useful, just writing never go with akhil bharat....? 100 times the other person does not get the real issues / problems that you have faced...
Right this should be stopped but D-Mart should be smart enough to recognize such customers and take appropriate action however, that does not mean that you harasse genunine customers there can be ways and means to deal with such issues but the one which they are currently using is not the right one. read more...
