I tried my level best to purchase a dell vostro laptop. Actually I trying this for the last 3 weeks. Their response in pathetic. I saw one advertisement in DNA news paper and called the given number.
They directed me to another number. After three levels of re-directions I reached Dell Sales point in Croma, Eva Mall, Brigade Road, Bangalore. They simply told me that they don’t cell lower end laptops. From that day onwards, wherever I reach either directly or by phone, I’am getting same answer from the Dell people. I wonder, if they donot want to sell Vostro laptop, why do they advertise in the first place?
And I feel Rs. 33, 000/- is not a throw away price. To hell with Dell, I will never call then or try to purchase their products. To purchase it self I’m facing many problems, God knows what will be your problems when you go for service.
