zen z77 is value for your money. Only thing missing is volume controls. After some tweaking I found that +/- signs are working as volume controls tools. This phone looks good, feels good. Very good ear phones and keypad.

generally if you have any saving bank account or salary account with citibank, they don't ask many questions for handing over a credit card since already they got all the info they need to know about you :)

file a case in consumer forum. You will get immediate result. They will cancel the card and pay you damages for the suffering caused to you by them including your legal charges.
