I have bought this dell laptop almost 3 years back. It’s still in good working condition. The problem is of the support that I get from ore tech guys. Indian dell tech is one of the worst I have ever seen n my life. The battery died up after 6 months. Only a 10 min back up.
They are costly in India. Compared to the western countries where you get the same thing for 40% less. They get good tech support as well. Dell can do much better. When they charge us more than their us customers and other countries we at least expect value for money.
