I dont know what do u expect from sub standard companies...I always choose norton...costly though ...i have used starting from antivirus, system works, 360 and all of them worked superb....never had any problem..

Not all guys, I have been with hsbc for last 4 years and they are really a global bank. Customer service is excellent and access to your account u have all the possible ways. Their cards division is bad, other than that no complaints till date.

Send them a legal notice, which can be drafted by you and in fifteen working days no reply clearly mention that would be filing it in consumer court.And yes please do file the case in consumer court, suing then for mental tension and wating your time.Trust me its worthi it.
