I’m a proud Dish TV owner. I bought it last month. SInce then I have been seeing all the Channels that I subscribed for.Many people complain about the After Sales Service of DIsh Tv. But in my opinion their service is pretty good.
Two Days Back when I came home from Office and switched on the TV . I saw my STB giving a meesage that Signals were unavailable.I then called up the service centre at Noida. The person with whom I spoke was polite.He asked me whether the Weather was fine here. It was fine and I did say that. He then noted down my address and said that a service personal would be coming to my house in a day or two.
But to my suprise after nearly 3 hours I started getting all the channels back. I believe they had rectified the problem very early. But the next day the service personal did come to my house and checked all the connections and replaced the power cord of my STB absolutely free of cost. The person also answered all my queries clearly
After this Incident I will surely recommend Dish TV!
