Do one thing call cc and ask them the regional Dish TV care centre's number. If you ask them to come, then they will come immediately. I advice you to contact Dish TV and report the problem immediately because even I had a problem with Dish TV when I did not get signals and after I contacted they rectified the problem. I'm sure they will take immediate action.
