MTNL has been hiding a BIG truth from the consumers about the dolphin cellular phone services.
Yes the cellular rates are cheaper/nearly same then the cellular companies like BPL, Orange, AirTel etc..
But the truth is that even MTNL is charging the local call charge of Rs 1.20 per three minutes along with the outgoing charge of Rs 2.80 per minute. So all in all no matter what cellular phone service you use, you end up paying the same. PLEASE don’t be under an impression that MTNL Will not charge the local call charge along aith the cell phoine charge. Infact MTNL is more expensive as it charges very high deposit rates for cellular phone connection with STD & ISD connections. MTNL is a high profit making government organisation which doesnt care for the consumer but only for its employees and unions.
