I ordered pizza from Domino’s online from Jaynagar 4th block, Bangalore.Order no 421.
I ordered pizza around 8.20 p.m and got confirmation for the order on my mobile. Well even after 1hr I didnt receive the order and did a follow up .Store executive said it would take another 15 mins.well even after 1 hr there was no sign of pizzas and my patience was running out.I had little options at 11p.m in the night to cancel the order and go for alternate! I waited for 3 hrs for pizza to be delivered!
Finally, I was happy to see the pizzas delivered.but shocked to find that pizza was not even warm, forget hot. it was serve chilled pizza! I waited 3hrs for chilled pizza and also toppings was not fresh and stinking smell was coming out of the pizza.well I called up dominos call centre to give the feedback but had no one picking up the call.!
Be careful while ordering from this store as the store manager is also very arrogant guy who doesnt listen to your complaints but hangs up!
