Domino’s lonavala outlet is I think the worst ever I saw in my life because 3 month’s ago , I have been to this so called oulet and I ordered two pizza mania and a coke but to my shock order came 55 min later , when I got angry upon waiter for not caring to our order .
so meanwhile I obeserved that there was so much filth lying everywhere and table were full of leftover and waiter do not clean them even on passing by it several times.so I aksed to clean table as dirty smell was coming from there. .
A.C was not.working so I asked waiter to ON it but he denied saying it is not working.
Also to my surprise I asked waiter to bring Oregano but he refused and asked me to bring
it from counter on my personel capacity.
Then while paying bill , manager there was very rude as when I asked him of extra charges on bill
he thrashed me saying that fraud customers like you do these kind of tactic to not to pay bill after eating pizza .i felt so insulted but paid the bill and thereafter I visited to lonavala many time but never been to this outlet.
Ambience is very poor as I found leftover food was littered all over , so it was suffocating as smeel was unbearable .
Customer service is poor as even after paying service tax , waiter’s do not serve you if needed something they use to bluntly deny on the pretext of busy been serving to other customer’s
No value for money , because if someone thrash you for just asking about bill detail so how can you expect worth visiting that place .
