A parcel was sent by courier from Raipur DTDC centre to Delhi on 13th June 2016.
On 18th I got a call confirming my address from one of their franchisee. On confirming my address they said it is not in their area of delivery. So I asked them to send the packet to the correct one. Now they sent the packet back marking the status as the user refused to accept the package. This is utter nonsense on their part. I have been calling back and forth on their contact numbers since saturday. Today finally they said that it will be delivered by 12noon.
But still not delivered. Now they are not responding over the calls. They receive it, ask the docket number and then put it on a long hold. I also told them to give the courier boys contact so that I can arrange to collect it from him but to no avail. They have marked it Attempted and receiver refused when I asked them to send through proper franchisee. What the hell!
