I placed an order online to a retail company on October 17, 2013 order reference 1449942 dotzot.in AWB # 700000060656 called up the retailer on October 23, 2013, who after confirming with DTDC reverts back to me conveying that the order will be delivered without fail on October 24, 2013. But regret that it is not delivered on October, 24, 2013 and after I contact DTDC Ankleshwar and give the docket number the guy asks me the address?
After some time calls back and tells me that they would only be able to deliver on October 25, 2013 that too with out any regrets any apologies... This review is specially for the online retailers using Dotzot.in....? This particular e-retailer is extremely good but their logistic partner WORST...
Will need to think 10 times before placing order next time if their logistic partner is the same old DTDC’s dotzot - the worst e-retail logistic specialist.
