Dunzo takes unilateral decisions in their favour. Even if your parcel gets delayed by hours or the items don’t get delivered or if there is a missing item, you can’t do anything. They will not listen to you and you will have to bear all the losses.
You can’t cancel the order if it is getting delayed, they will not allow you to do that. they don’t allow cash on delivery option here in Bangalore.
So, you get trapped once you take their services because you don’t have any options left with you.
