Being someone who has always read paper books(books), I found the transition from books to e-books quite difficult. Both have their own set of advantages.
*E-books:
E-books are easier to get and cheaper than books. Many sites on the internet like https://esnips.com/ have a free collection of e-books. The only cost incurred is in downloading these books. Some of these books may have typos and some may even introduce viruses onto the system, so one has to be careful while downloading these books.
After the initial hesitation, I found myself thinking that buying paperback books( unless it is a rare book or a great favourite of mine) to be a wasteful expenditure.
*Books(Paperback):
*There are a few occasions where a good old(paper) book has the upperhand over e-books. When one is travelling or is stranded in a place where there are no computer facilities, there is nothing better to do than to curl up with a book. Ofcourse, the feel of a book is far superior to that of an e-book and the strain on the eye is lesser.
Finally, Id say the content of the book matters more than whether it is a paperback or an e-book. So enjoy reading, everyone!
