Being someone who has always read paper books(books), I found the transition from books to e-books quite difficult. Both have their own set of advantages.
*E-books:
*E-books are easier to get and cheaper than books. Many sites on the internet like https://esnips.com/ have a free collection of e-books. The only cost incurred is in downloading these books. **Some of these books may have typos and some may even introduce viruses onto the system, so one has to be careful while downloading these books.
After the initial hesitation, I found myself thinking that buying paperback books( unless it is a rare book or a great favourite of mine) to be a wasteful expenditure.
*Books(Paperback):
*There are a few occasions where a good old(paper) book has the upperhand over e-books. When one is travelling or is stranded in a place where there are no computer facilities, there is nothing better to do than to curl up with a book. Ofcourse, the feel of a book is far superior to that of an e-book and the strain on the eye is lesser.
Finally, Id say the content of the book matters more than whether it is a paperback or an e-book. So enjoy reading, everyone!
