We landed at Bangalore Airport in the night around 11PM and came out to take a taxi to Marathalli. Unfortunately in the taxi queue we couldn’t find Meru Cab and we ended getting into Easy Cab.
Though the cab was kind of okey but the Driver was horrible . He was driving recklessly with lots of zig-zag even on a smooth road . He didn’t even put the AC and had the glasses open which made our journey even more pathetic with the noise.
Also, he was using slangs when he saw some traffic polish blocking the way for security checks. I felt he was least bothered about his passengers, since we had our family and kids it was becoming difficult to manage just that we were praying to reach home safe and kick him out on the road. It was mid-night and we couldn’t say anything to the Driver.
Our journey from Airport to Marathalli in Easy Cab was way too scary and horrible. This is the third time I am having disappointing experiencing with Easy Cab and I am sure the management doesn’t even care about it.
Most of the time he was driving above 80 km while holding his cell phone in one hand talking some crap and other hand on the steering. It was indeed scary since we had kids on board. Avoid using Easy Cabs (if you can).
I find Meru Cab to be very professional and their Chauffeurs are quite decent, used is many time and never had any complaints. I strongly recommend Meru Cab especially for Airport commute.
