Have been a long time user of ebay but recent event prompted me to write a review. Had ordered an item an LED bulb from a seller who promised it was many times brighter than CFL for the same wattage, but that wasn’t the case and also the bulb would sometimes just switch off on its own with slightest of voltage fluctuations cause by say switching a TV on.
Reported it to the seller who asked me to contact ebay support. They took some time but eventually I was refunded 110% of the amount I had paid, plus I did not have to return the defective product. This is the kind of customer service that is worth writing about. Thanks ebay.
