To Baazee or not to Baazee!!!

Well....for starters Baazee is not a bad concept, especially because of the run away success that ebay is having. I joined Baazee with the sole aim of trying its usefulness. The registration process was not tiresome and I had no difficulty in becoming a member. But this was just the start, because the site is not very user friendly and some of the information is really hard to find.

So I put my first product for auction and waited for the results. I got a few bids but no deal, so once the auction closed unsuccessfully I put it back using the fixed price method. This time I got lucky, I had a buyer. Although my buyer completed his transaction he was a little late in acknowledging the deal. This made me a file a SNC (Sale not completed) warning. The worst part is once the sale was completed I could not find a way to reverse the SNC warning against the buyer which is not good for the buyer. The customer support staff tried to give me instructions on how to go about solving this big puzzle but it never worked.

I still face a few problems with Baazee, like while uploading a product image, which to my surprise they say takes a couple of hours to update, can you believe that? And this they tell you only when you mail them out of frustration. A good idea would be to add a description of this near the submit button.

So overall a good concept but bad navigability and not at all user friendly when it comes to important sections of the site.
