I just went to their corporate website and used their contact form to reach their marketing department. Try going to the international site and complain about their Indian operations.
Consumer court was an option i was considering, more important to me was to make sure the management of Philips was made aware that their service sucks. Mission accomplished!
Ok..final update...i finally got it installed. I sent an email through the main site of Philips and it was was read by someone in Germany. That mail was then forwarded to someone here in the India corporate office, who finally made sure i got my water purifier installed. Man...what a way to get serv read more...
Hi the local philips service guys and they also dint come...i have called them many many times....i have just given up now.....:(

Philips sucks at service, read my review about it. I bought this product 25 days back and they still haven't bothered to come and install that damn thing.
As a follow up, i would like to let you know that i still haven't had any help from Philips on this. I have decided not to call them anymore. I dont know what to do with this expensive showpiece.
