I had bought a product in the last week of Jan14. The product was faulty and the vendor agreed to refund. Ebay took 3 weeks to process my refund and I recd the credit in the last week of Feb14. Now the catch part. Ebay asks the buyer to ship the item back to the vendor and would issue the voucher for the shipment costs. They acknowledged the shipment costs when I uploaded the courier receipt but never refunded my shipment charges. Every time you check with CC, they would make an excuse and ask for 10 more days.
I am feeling lucky that at least I have recd my refund for the product but even though the shipment cost is small, this shows complete lack of professionalism and work ethics on part of ebay. I had deals with them in US/UK and since laws are strict for consumers there, never had any issues with them.
