I have been using ebay for 7 years now, I had been experiencing lot of problem when I purchased from ebay for last 2-3 years. My frist experience was when I purchased a samsung laser printer Dec 2011 Paisapay ID: 30035794393(Seller dhiman.infotech), when the seller offered my with extended 2 year warranty for the product, so totally 3 years was offered. but later after one year when printer has been trouble,
I contact samsung service centre and provide them with my serial number to verify warranty, they informed me that warranty was over, I had to pay for service charges and spare part charges if necessary. When I enquired the same with ebay people, they told me that the problem will be rectified with in 48 hours, even after month, and now even after 1.5 years, no resolution being made and even after recently reminding them about my query, they never replied to me. Last year ie 2013 I had 3 more similar experience either refund issue, shipment related or non delivery. But the customer care people always give us reply that it will rectified with in 48 hours.Never does actually.
My recent purchase was mobile phone flip cover with Claim ID: 364808 PaisaPay ID: 35206908043, which was not delivered was returned back to seller, the seller got the item back. But still ebay people say investigation is going on and nothing.I am not sure whether I will get my money or not.Let see when?
