Ebonys has many things going for it. Its on MG Road, they have some parking for their (early bird) customers, and they have a reasonable buffet. In fact, Im wondering why I havent gone there for more than a month even as I write.
The lunch buffet is perfect for a quick (small: i.e. upto 16 people) group lunch provided you call and get reservations. The only problem with Ebonys is that they have very limited space.
The food is good. Not as consistent as I would have liked, but good. (Go to Koshys for consistency.)
The lunch buffet cost approximately Rs 150 per person. A little less if youre female; dont ask me why.
Theres no dinner buffet.
My personal favourite is the Dhansak. This is a Parsi dish, and is very rich, but well worth it. Given that this is the only place where one can get this in Bangalore, it still is pretty good. Not as good as youd get in a real Parsi joint (or home) in Poona or Bombay.
