Unethical and worst practice by Ecom express

I had ordered maharaja whiteline juicer, mixer and grinder from Reliance Digital which was supposed to be delivered on 25 January 22thru Ecom Express. But it was scheduled to be delivered on 27 Jan 2022.


I had received delivery guy number on sms and i called him at afternoon and he confirmed to deliver the product at 6 PM, but he didn’t turn to deliver. I called him again at 6.30 PM and he promised to deliver the product at 7.00 PM. I received a blank call at 18.55 and what I saw that product has been marked as undelivered. I called Ecom express customer service, where they confirmed that I have been out of station that’s why delivery person couldn’t deliver the product.


I called Ecom Express customer service twice and every time they gave me two different but wrong addresses of Ecom Express courier office of Gwalior.


They are not helpful at all. Worst courier service ever.
