They are not stick to their policies, their Commitmnet.
Its not fraud, but as i have been told about them that they initiate the refund in next 3-4 hours of reciving the product. But it has not been processed at all. Above this, if i call their customer care, they dont have any information for the same.
Refund status will be confirmed me to on 05 august.
I have received the gift voucher code but it is already expired. please reissue the new one.
