I recently ordered one item from Snapdeal(was my first order from them). The item was shipped on 9th October. Today is 5th Nov but Still now the item is not delivered. Looking at the below status would tell you how slow they are. I sent mail to ecom express but no reply.
They don’t have a toll free/local helpline number. You need to spend your STD mobile bill to call their helpline number(011-30212000). After following up with Snapdeal they told me that the courier has tried multiple attempts but couldn’t deliver whereas I never received any call from the courier!
Following is the Status of How’Express’ this courier is. From Delhi hub to Bengaluru it took 13 days and item which reached Bangalore on 25th has not yet been delivered!
