I agree with this review. We are facing the same issue of item being replaced by them with another item without informing. Recently in one order we had almonds which was about 300 Rs for 200g but instead they sent us a replacement which is 495 Rs for 100g!! They replace items without calling the cus read more...

firstandsecond.com is a cheater. they just have the list- they don't have the books. the customer service email id and phone numbers given in their website are both invalid! They should immediately remove their website.
