Eight Legged Freaks is your typical overdone type of sci-fi, never have a chance of happening in real life, suposed to be a horror, but in reality being more of a comedy. The movie itself has the plot idea that was overdone by the 60s and 70s, chemical spill in a small town results in over-grown monsters (spiders in this case) that try and take over or something. This movie is made worst by the fact that the move moves at a quarter mile an hour. Honestly, to know what happens in this movie, you don’t even need to watch it! I mean the movie is clichish...something is about to destroy the town (as I presumed it while watching) and its up to the Average Joes, miner, sherriff, and the son to make it all go better. How does the movie end? Take a wild guess, then again, maybe not so wild of a guess.
