I bought a elica chimney 5 years back when its launched in India,
Ease of Use: There is nothing to quite as it has 3 switches.
Durability: Worst . worst. worst. motor sucks every year and to get it repaired elica guys takes atleast a month time, first thing is they take minimum of a week to send technician for initial diagnosis.
Ease of cleaning: Have to use good detergent, put much effort.
Style & Design: It looks good but sucks in pulling vapor.
Service & Support: Worsttttttttttttttttt. if there is a word better than worst, can put that here, because they are bad at service and support, you have to wait for weeks for first visit of technician for diagnosing, and take s hell lot of time(at least month) to fix the issue.
