Yes, same thing happened with me... without any acknowledgement they disbursed the amount. Moreover deducted the interest in-advance.. Ex : loan emi date is 5th, and disbursed the amount on 2nd, so they should charge extra 3 days interest in next month emi, but these bloody guys deducted 6 day read more...

These guyz are really lazy and worst customer care. I tried recharge with 300 rs for my BSNL mobile two days back till now didn't get recharge, when I open a support ticket with them, these people put some thing in reply and resolving the ticket. I too facing the same problem, did recharge for 300 rupees using CC, still now didn't get neither recharge nor money return, these people are really worst.. don't get cheated by this website.... it works occasionally based on ur luck.
