Not recommended. I flew first class to be told that my main course choice was not available. Flight was practically empty in first and business class. When I complained just got a mere" we load planes according to passenger numbers".
WELL DONT ADVERTISE MEALS THAT YOU DONT HAVE, ESPECIALLY IN FIRST CLASS. NO SEPARATE BOARDING AREAS FOR FIRST CLASS, REALLY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. The limousine service in Singapore was difficult to confirm even though I had booked this well in advance before flying to London. If this is what you get in first class Id hate to imagine how their economy class passengers are treated. They should really make more of an effort to keep their premium passengers happy.
I wont be rushing to book another flight on this airline and as for the skyward miles I guess they will be going to waste. This is really unfortunate as had they taken my comment/ complaint more seriously I would probably keep flying with them. I guess even in this current recession they just dont care about their customers. What a shame!
