I agree with you, flew with them once (and that was in business class), appalling service and will not give them my business again. I think they should use some common sense when dealing with this credit card issue.

Typical of this airline, I flew with them in business class and found their service appalling, to say the very least. I am still baffled as to how they keep their 4 star airline status. I had a bad experience too (in business class). Crowded lounge, mediocre food, some unfriendly staff (as in my review). I will not fly with them again.

I can understand what you went through because as you can see from my review even first class was not great. My experience in first class was the opposite. Menu with my choice unavailable....as I said in my review I paid first class for economy service. Maybe it was my bad luck but I won't be using this airline again.
