Joel(Jim Carrey) and Clementine(Kate Winslet) are your average young married couple. But like all married couple, at one point of time, they have their differences. Differences which make them want to separate from each other. They take this point even further when a scientist, Dr Howard Mierzwiak(Tom Wilkisnon) offers to erase memories of each other from their brains. In the process they soon discover that it is not as easy as it seems. Simple Story line with a bizarre complex screenplay. Modern day story telling at its best. Brilliant acting by the lead star cast and a good break for Jim Carrey from his usual comic roles. Superbly supported by Elijah Wood, Kirsten Dunst and Mark Ruffalo. Brilliant Oscar winning Screenplay by Charlie Kaufman, Michael Gondry and Pierre Bismuth. A must see for hard core movie buffs.
