Don't get fooled by taking their AMC

I had my AMC renewal on 13th Apr 2015. The candles were replaced on the payment of renewal charges. Right from the same day, that purified water was so bad that I was forced to buy canned water from the market. On multiple request to the customer service department(complaint no 0081762155, 0081817703), technicians came just to clean the filters, that’s it.

Then on too much of insistence from my side, lab test was done. The problem was still not fixed, just that they forced me to shut my mouth with the lab report, which somehow says that the water is good. Being fed up buying bisleri bottles from the market, I registered a service request again and the technician told me on 7th Aug 2015 that the filter is already damaged and I need to get it replaced and pay for it. Simply PATHETIC. The problem started the day the contract was renewed and filters replaced, and I need to pay for it separately despite already paying the AMC charges. I am sure the filters replaced at the time of renewal were either already damaged or the service personnel damaged them while cleaning and replacing. We common people have no idea, how to check if the filters being replaced are good or not.

I had posted the feedback twice on facebook page of eureka forbes on 7th Aug and 8th Aug 2015 also and to add to it all, now I see the posts have been deleted. This shows their concern for their customers.

I would advice, never go for their AMC as the cost of the filters is around Rs 800-900 for my purifier and they charge Rs 1700+ for AMC with this kind of service.
