Absolutely horrible Service from Eureka Forbes

We have a complaint against the Eureka Forbes AMC Servicing person in Vasant Kunj (B - 8 / 8121) - the Service Exec, Mr. Sanjay (9891260734), came and renewed our contract for Aquaguard Classic in my mothers home in Vasant Kunj who is a senior citizen.


However soon after he left after servicing the Aquaguard water filter and renewing the AMC for Rs. 1360/-  for 1 year, the filter started leaking even after switching off the machine. My mother called him but he did not take the call. Repeated attempts to call him were unfruitful.


Finally today morning he took a call from my cell, as the no. was different and when I told him the problem he said he will come and have a look. When I asked him why he did not take the calls the whole week, he cut my call. He did not come till 7 pm, so I called him again but he did not take the call. So I sent an SMS that I would lodge a complaint about him. After 10 minutes he called back to say that I could complain to anybody, he did not care.


I also wish to point out that we another Aquaguard on the floor above for which AMC was taken in April. He had done that AMC too and he has not serviced that yet.


Please look into this complaint urgently as Mr. Sanjay has refused to service our complaint and my mother being a Senior Citizen (71 years of age) is facing unnecessary harassment because of this.
