I chose this water purifier over any other brand only because of EurekaForbes brand name & leadership in the water purifief industry. They have been the leading bran in this field. however even before my product is 1 year old suddenly water started leaking all over just a week ago.
I raises a product complaint to EurekaForbes. however, the service department is really ignorant & it took my 3 days around 15 follow up calls to Eureka Forbes & 10 tweet messages before the service technician arrives to address the issue. Surprised with the poor customercare and service reaponse. If a business has to sustain, only sales shouldnt be focussee, but also service has to be gives primary focus.
