Surprisingly, till date I have not been provided with any resolution by TaxiForSure team and I am being asked whether I am satisfied with the resolution.
Hi Rudreshwar, thankfully I received my refund from pepperfry after around a week of cancellation. If your refund is getting delayed beyond 7-10 days you should really follow up with Pepperfry.
As a token of apology for the inconvenience caused pepperfry called me up and offered me a coupon of Rs 500/- as compensation. However, there also Pepperfy didn't hesitate to deceive me.
