My acquaguard geneus was not working during DEc 2016. I gave a missed call to number provided in Eureka forbes website. One person from Ion Exacense Pvt ltd jayanagar Bengaluru came; changed the refills with amc amount of Rs 8525/- taken by him. after 3-4 days; water stopped running Even today it is a scrap. I followed up with Eureka forbes; but they dont want to take responsibility in this regard. Persons from Ion Exacense Pvt ltd are useless, inefficient lot.
Neither they refund the amc amount nor rectify the purifier. Person of Ion exacense pvt ltd avoiding coming for servicing. I visited their office at jayanagar, bengaluru also; no use. Please dont believe Ion Exacense pvt ltd service persons. they just take amc amount, pretend like servicing; and vanish from the scene.
I DONT RECOMMEND EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT IN FUTURE TO ANY BODY. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR THEIR PRODUCTS SINCE MORE THAN 15 YEARS. NOW I AM DISGUSTED. BOTH COMPANIES ARE IRRESPONSIBLE .
