Just got installed yesterday a brand new Eureka Forbes Geneus+ water purifier after waiting for two weeks for it to get delivered.
The sales man Mr Ramanar, from the Chennai TNagar office, told us that the water will taste better than the bottle water that we buy. But to our great shock the water tastes like plastic chemical. We tried emptying the tank several times with different setting for the taste enhancer.
Does any one has any experience with this product? For over Rs 22490 is this what Eureka Forbes can deliver?
We are hoping the company would either refund the money so we can go for Kent or other such companies. in the worst case we hope at least they will replace the product. But now we don’t have confidence any more in the quality of Eureka Forbes product.
