Poor service

I absolutely agree that services offered by eureka forbes pathetically poor. My aquaguard is unserviceable for last 10 days and after giving repeated complaints their mechanic visited. He did not have any spare parts. He went away without repairing the machine claiming that spare parts are not available even in the company. Again after repeated reminders the mechanic came gain but without the same spare part.


I was surprised tko see the ways he was trying do the make shift arrangement without the spare part.  seeing that I am sure there is no quality control at eureka forbes company also. Its such a big name and so poor management. Nowadays money is doing all the job. If you have money your company gets a good name and the quality of work doesnt matter. All of us a consumers must raise voice against all these malpractices fo these big companies. And show them that customer is bigger than all.
