Exactly the same thing has happened to me too. Samsung is bad company. They are very cleverly managing to keep the life of their panels for just over an year so that it is out of warranty and customers has to keep buying new panels also. Good business strategy.

These people are really attrocious. Recently I also suffered a lot because of them. As far as part payment is concerened, they dont accept it because it is against their company policy. Hi customerofindia, sorry for the late response. Actually I asked them to show me the delivery statement and luckily when they showed it to me, it reflected not delivered. I took the picture of the same with my mobile. But all this was of no use because nothing could be done till now.
